Our steel containers facilitate transporting various materials on forklift trucks. The Sezam containers with sliding-bottom base are designed for material storage and transport (with a forklift truck) operations to facilitate handling waste, scrap metal or chips generated, for example, on a construction site or in a manufacturing plant. The sliding-bottom base mechanism enables operators to unload materials in a suitable location. Similarly to tilting containers and drop-away base containers, they streamline performance of various cleaning and housekeeping operations.

Impressive functionality and easy operation

We guarantee that our containers demonstrate excellent mechanical strength properties. They are made of 3 mm thick S235 metal sheet. Their bases are thicker to fulfil functions described in applicable technical specifications. A loaded container is lifted by a forklift truck and transported to a selected site. Next, an operator uses the hydraulic system to extend the forks to the side to open the container bottom and dump its content. This solution is extremely simple, which greatly enhances its functionality.

The container dimensions can be customised to client’s specific purposes

In order to enhance transport and unloading operations, our containers can be mounted on wheel sets with various load capacity or equipped with a top cover. Our products are coated with with various RAL colour paints enabling our clients to select a specific colour scheme.
